Booking Your Appointment

All appointments at Velour are booked through my online scheduling platform. Once you reserve your service, you’ll be asked to fill out my required intake form. Please complete the intake form before your visit as it helps me understand your needs, customize your service, and ensure your comfort throughout your appointment.

A valid card is required to secure your booking. Your card is only charged in accordance with the cancellation policies listed below.

Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time so I can provide the full, relaxing experience you deserve. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, I may need to shorten your service or reschedule your appointment. Please inform me if you are running late so I can assess whether or not I will be able to perform your service. Late arrivals that require rescheduling may incur a 50% service charge.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

I understand that life happens, if you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours before your appointment.

• Cancellations made within 24 hours will incur a 50% service fee.

• No‑shows or same‑day cancellations will also incur a 50% service fee.

These policies protect my time as a solo artist and allow me to offer appointments to clients on my waitlist.

No‑Show Policy

If you do not arrive for your appointment and do not contact me, 50% of the service amount will be charged. Two no‑shows may result in restricted booking privileges.

Appointment Confirmations

You’ll receive both a confirmation email and a 24-hour reminder before your appointment. Please double‑check your time, date, and location to ensure a smooth visit, and do not hesitate to reach out to me for further assistance or instructions.

Service Adjustments

If you arrive with contraindications that prevent me from safely performing your service (for example: recent chemical treatments, active irritation, or unhealed cosmetic procedures), I may need to decline or modify the appointment. This is always done with your safety in mind.

Respectful Environment

Velour is within a calm and quiet shared salon space. I kindly ask that if you arrive with other guests, they politely wait in the designated waiting area.
